Who Looks Better?

Hi girls! How are you? I thoroughly enjoyed some beautiful weather today! I decided to do a Who Looks Better between Georgie and Natalie. Since I have two of this retired MyAG outfit, they’re actually together in the pictures this time!

I recently put them both in side ponytails and thought they looked sweet.

Sisters?

Hey, girls! I got this new idea. I know that AG dolls all kinda look a little alike to a degree, but I thought it would be fun to choose 3 dolls with similar characteristics and have you all vote on which two look most like sisters. I chose some of my beautiful brunettes for the first “Sisters?” post.

First, we have Carli and Kendra.

Verse of the Week

Hey, girls! Sorry I haven’t posted in a while. I’ve been reading this really good book called Preparing to Be a Help Meet by Debi Pearl. So, this Verse of the Week is inspired by that book.

Proverbs 31:11-12 The heart of her husband doth safely trust in her, so that he shall have no need of spoil. She will do him good and not evil all the days of her life.”

If you’re a single girl, now is the time to prepare to be a good wife. You’re not going to suddenly be an amazing wife just because you get married. You have to work on yourself now. Here are some ways you can prepare to be a good wife:

*Learn how to cook and clean.

*Work on submitting to your parents. You will one day be under the authority of your husband.

*Work on being selfless.

*Be busy serving. As the book put it, “As you run fast and hard after Jesus, look to the left and the right and marry the man who is running beside you.”

*Learn a lot about a lot of different subjects. It may be useful later.

*Pray for your future husband. And yourself.

*Be willing to seek advice and to listen to those in authority over you concerning relationships.

These are just a few things, but if you’re an unmarried woman, or even a teen girl, I would totally recommend reading this book.

What’s Going On Winner

SAMSUNG CAMERA PICTURES

The winning quote is from Tenley J!

Helena: This dress just isn’t POOFY enough!
Jaicee: Really, I think it’s great.
Helena: No! Have you seen what women wore in that time? They all looked to have MASSIVE hips!
Jaicee: Alrighty then… but must our skit be TOTALLY historically accurate?
Helena: Yes! Just a few more layers…
Jaicee: *rolls eyes and waits*

Congrats, Tenley!

Verse of the Week

Hi, people! It’s time for Verse of the Week!

Exodus 16:8

Then Moses added, “The Lord will give you meat to eat in the evening and bread to satisfy you in the morning, for he has heard all your complaints against him. What have we done? Yes, your complaints are against the Lord, not against us.”

The Israelites had a complaining issue. While they complained about Moses and Aaron, they were ultimately complaining about God. They didn’t trust God and His provision for them.Whenever we complain, we are saying God and what He has done aren’t good enough. Yet, how did God respond to their complaints? He provided them with food! God continued to unconditionally love and provide for them! God is so faithful in his love and provision for us. His was are perfect and He has so blessed us! Yes, hard times happen, but compared to Hell, we are all getting so much better than we deserve. When we realize that everything is a result of God’s mercy, we should be thankful, not complaining.

Lamentations 3:21-26

An Idea

Hey, girls! I had this fun idea. I would enjoy interviewing other bloggers and posting the interviews on my blog. If any of you are interested, you could comment and then I could email you questions. Let me know if any of you would like that. 🙂

Doll Comparisons: Redheads!

Hi, everyone! For anyone who doesn’t know yet, I have a redhead obsession. (Just a small one.) Anyway, I thought it would be super fun to do a comparison with my adorable redheads!

Image may contain: 3 people

Here are my 3 redheaded beauties: Ginerva, Georgiana, and Alissa!

Image may contain: one or more people and child

Each of them have a different shade of red hair: Ginny has a kind of strawberry blonde color, Georgie’s is bright red and Lissie’s is auburn. Ginny has a crooked left side part; the other two have middle parts.

From the back. (Sorry their hair is a little messy.)

Image may contain: one or more people and closeup

All their hair together.

Image may contain: 1 person, closeup

All my redheads also have sort of greenish eyes. Ginny’s are a green-based hazel. Giinny is a GOTY Mia doll.

Image may contain: 1 person

Georgie is a MyAG 61 doll. Georgie’s eyes are a dark green. It’s really hard for it to show up in pictures.

Image may contain: 1 person, closeup

Alissa is a historical Felicity doll. Lissie’s eyes are bright green.

I like Georgie’s shade of hair best and Lissie’s eye color best.

One final pic of my cuties.

Do any of you or your dolls have red hair? Which shade of red do you like best?

ASK Interviews!

Jaicee: Heeey, everybody! It’s me…Jaicee!

Image may contain: 1 person, child and closeup

Helena: And me, Helena!

Jaicee: Helena, get out of the way! You’re blocking the camera!

Image may contain: 1 person, child and closeup

Helena: Jaicee, you don’t have to be taking up the whole screen all the time!

Morgan: Girls, stop it, or I’ll just do this myself!

Jaicee: Ok, sorry Helena.

Helena: Sorry.

Image may contain: 2 people, people standing and child

Jaicee: Aaaanyway, we have something super amazing-

Helena: Exciting-

Jaicee: Spectacular to share with you!

Helena: Today, live from Morgan’s room, we’re going to interviewing some of the main characters of ASK!

Image may contain: 2 people, people standing, child and hat

Jaicee: And of course, we have to start with the main character of the series, Shayne Jackson!

Helena: Welcome, Shayne.

Shayne: Hey, guys. Thanks for doing this.

Jaicee: Yeah, aren’t we sooo professional??

Shayne: Umm…yeah, sure.

Helena: So, first question! Shayne, do you think your character is like you?

Shayne: Well, seeing as my character bears my name, you’d think we’re a lot alike. i should hope I’m a more kind and spiritual person than her. But i am kind of forgetful lie her. *giggles*

Image may contain: 2 people, people standing and child

Jaicee: What is your favorite thing about your character?

Image may contain: 1 person, closeup

Shayne: I really like the character change Shayne goes through in the story. She starts as this kind of apathetic jerk who’s really mean to her sisters, and then she recommits her ife to God and fixes her relationship with Ginny.

Helena: What was your favorite part of the producing of this story?

Image may contain: 1 person, closeup

Shayne: Well, it was really fun spending time at the beach for the photo taking process, even though we got really hot and sweaty.

Helena: Well, thanks for your time, Shayne.

Shayne: You’re welcome. Thanks to all the awesome fans out there!

Jaicee: And now, the next member of the cast, Natalia Brown!

Image may contain: 2 people, child

Helena: Wait, Natalie’s not dead?

Jaicee: Of course not, weirdo! It’s just a story.

Natalie: I’m certainly glad to not be dead.

Image may contain: 3 people, people standing and child

*All laugh*

Jaicee: So, Nat, do you think your character is like you?

Image may contain: 3 people

Natalie: Well, yeah, I think so. But a little more extreme. Natalie is a little more spiritual, but also a little more pushy than me.

Helena: What is your fave thing about your character?

Natalie: I love her concern for peoples’ souls. She’s always sharing the gospel.

Jaicee: What was your favorite part of the production?

Natalie: i think the death of my character is one of the most emotional deaths. I like that it evokes emotion in the fans. I was literally crying when I read the script.

Image may contain: 1 person, closeup

Helena: Thanks, Natalie. Now for Ginny Weasley!

Image may contain: 3 people, child and closeup

Ginny: Hey, guys. This should be fun.

Jaicee: Do you think you’re like your character?

Ginny: Yes. I’m kinda spunky and sporty like her.

Image may contain: 1 person, closeup

Helena: Do you lose stuff as often as your character?

Ginny: I’m getting better about that.

Jaicee: *laughs* What is your favorite thing about your character?

Ginny: I like how she looks up to Shayne even though Shayne is kind of a jerk. She loves her sisters.

Helena: What was your favorite part of the production?

Ginny: Hanging out with the cast. They were great.

Helena: Anyway, that’s all the time we have for today. Signing off.

Image may contain: 1 person, child

Jaicee: Wait, you can’t sign off! I didn’t get to say my line.

Image may contain: 1 person, child and hat

Helena: What line?

Jaicee: “Well, thank you, Ginny. We hope our audience enjoyed the interviews.”

Image may contain: 2 people, people standing

Image may contain: 1 person, child, hat and closeup

Helena: What was wrong with what I said?

Jaicee: We agreed that I could end the interview!

Helena: No, we didn’t!

Image may contain: one or more people, people standing, child, hat and closeup

Morgan: Girls!

Image may contain: 2 people, people standing

Morgan: Stop being selfish! You’re done now.

Jaicee: Sorry.

Helena: Sorry, too. Signing off.
